Complete refurbishment and overcladding of a dated house

A dated and drafty house required a full refurbishment. Ailteir-studio was engaged to provide concept ideas and develop a refurbishment plan for the outside and interior.

The plans were reconfigured and a new attic space added. A fibre cement panel system was chosen to complement the new forms.
