Extension

The existing house was compromised with small ancillary spaces facing the rear garden with views onto a nearby forest.

Project Brief

The rear facing small serving spaces were remodelled and a large rear facing extension added providing an open plan living dining kitchen with large format opening doors and a new master bed with ensuite. Planning requirements meant a traditional form was chosen with an innovative flat roof section hidden at the new ridge line to maximise foot print in the new master bedroom which features a balcony to the garden.
