18th century warehouse to residential accommodation

Warehouse conversion, Pittenweem.

Ailteir-studio were appointed to provide statutory consents for the conversion of a historic warehouse to residential accommodation.

The building has a fascinating history as an artist’s studio.  It is a Listed B category 18th century warehouse, with a 2-storey 2-window gable to the street, scrolled skews, and is harled and pantiled.  

The owner wishes to maintain as much of the building’s history as possible while updating it to allow it to act as a residence. Works are on going.
