Rear facing extension in Milngavie.

The project involves reconfiguration and extension of a 1960’s house to add extra accommodation, which comprises an open plan family space with kitchen, a new bedroom with dressing area and ensuite, plus a front facing store room.

The project exterior features a semi flat roof with roof windows and a pitched open roof to the family space. The project is in progress on-site in 2024.
