a new lounge opening to new decking

Our clients wished to have a new lounge added to their house in Bearsden, next to the Antonine Wall.

It was decided to make use of the sloping ground and provide a split level rear extension with steps down from the existing kitchen to the new lounge which in turn opens out to a new deck. The accommodation features glazing orientated to maximise solar gain.
