Our client wished to provide accommodation for a family member which would act as a standalone mini-flat, which we achieved by the addition of an open plan living kitchen room.

Large format glazed doors and a roof window flood the accommodation with light and capture warmth from the sun. The garden was re-landscaped with a patio.
