Remodelling and refurbishment

The client acquired a bungalow in Westerton which needed remodelling and refurbishment.

Design brief

Ailteir-studio was commissioned to design a full width rear dormer which enjoys the fabulous views and light which were not previously being exploited. A large open plan studio was formed in the dormer for this purpose. On the ground floor walls were removed which create a wide open plan kitchen living space. A deck is to be constructed which will provide an outside living space over looking the rear garden.
